infinite blue beyond the patio and the comforting green of the vertical garden of the living room,
make a stay in the DEMETRA suite an unforgettable experience. The innovative design, the use of
fine materials and the skilful organization of the spaces make this place the ideal place for those
who, even on vacation, are unable to give up elegance and exclusivity. The name DEMETRA,
"Mother Earth", is the perfect synthesis of the soul of the suite in which every detail is a clear
reference to nature: from the precious Patagonia quartzite coverings, to the use of wood, to the
vertical green wall, in a continuity between the “outside” and the “inside” accentuated by the large
sliding windows on the patio facing the sea. The pride of this unconventional suite is definitely the
Japanese-style "ofuro" bathtub, located in the living area, almost completing the sitting room, from
which you can enjoy the view of the sea immersed in the water, perhaps sipping good wine.
Basically you will have 40 square meters wisely distributed between a large bathroom with king
size shower, two sinks, bidet, toilet and cabinet with doors and shelves; a double bedroom / living
room which can be divided if necessary by means of full-height sliding doors to ensure privacy; an
entrance vestibule with fully equipped double-sided four-door wardrobe. You can also enjoy a
double private patio, furnished and shaded, a stone's throw from the sea. The suite is equipped with
all comforts and services including: 50-inch Smart TV with Sky services, air conditioning, free wi-
fi, safe, minibar, hairdryer, telephone, room service.
